If you are suffering from bad breath and have tried the normal treatments and nothing has helped you may have bad breath out of your nose.
Bad breath out of your nose is caused by sinus problems, allergies, the common cold and other kinds of congestion. Many medications you use for these problems may cause your mouth to be dry which only adds to the bad breath situation.
When you put the dry mouth together with the mucus that has formed in your nasal passages, you have bad breath out of the nose.
If you aren’t feeling well, bad breath may be the least of your concerns. When you start to feel better and return to your normal, daily routine it could become an issue. You may not notice your breath but those around you will and they will be less than delighted.
There are some things you can try at home that will help with the bad breath and should even make you feel better;
Drink at least eight glasses of water a day. This will keep your mouth from becoming so dry. If you add a lemon or lime to the water it will taste better and also help to cleanse your system.
Another great way to rid yourself of that nasty bad breath out of your nose is to make a vaporizer treatment. Just heat a pot of water with enough vinegar so you can smell it. Turn off the heat when the water boils and lean over the pot so you can inhale the steam.
Whatever you do, don’t ignore the problem because it will not disappear by itself. You can take care of bad breath out of your nose by following the advice in this article.
