The Modern Day History of Using Mouthwash
In the modern day, the history of mouthwash that you are using is important. Do you have a history of mouthwash? Or do you even know what the stuff is? Mouthwash kills most of the germs and bacteria in your mouth, which is extremely important for fresh, clean smelling breath, as well as the prevention of any oral disease. Mouthwash also whitens your teeth immensely, believe it or not. It only costs a few dollars and does a better job at whitening your teeth than the expensive at-home whitening kits. There are what seem to be about a million benefits from using mouthwash. They even have little portable mouth wash tubes that you can carry around in a pocket or purse, or wherever.
Your history of mouthwash and how often you use it will definitely play a role on how white your teeth are, how fresh your breath smells, and the bacteria and germs that are killed in your mouth while using it. If you haven’t tried using mouthwash that much, you may want to try to update your oral hygiene, because using mouthwash is definitely worth that extra 30 seconds of gurgling. They are inventing flavors that make it a fun experience as well, such as orange or vanilla, so don’t skip out on this step of oral hygiene!
